Our mission is to train and equip Insurance and Financial Advisors in the principles and absolutes of trust building, relationship management, and the financial life planning process.
The mission of FAN is guided by its Code of Ethics, its Organizational Objectives, and its Alliance Agreement. We invite licensed Insurance and Financial Advisors to join FAN. Becoming a member means you have read and agreed to our code of ethics:

- Service: FAN members shall pursue the client's best interests at all times.
- Integrity: FAN members will speak truth and act with fairness and honesty with alliance members and clients.
- Equipping: Each FAN member will have the opportunity and responsibility to teach, train, and equip others in principles of financial planning. Financial Planners will help equip allied professionals, allied professionals will equip their staff, and all of us work together to help equip clients.
- Community involvement: FAN members will look for opportunities to speak to civic groups and churches, and serve their communities to help people connect their resources to their dreams.
Organizational objectives.
All of our communications with insurance and financial professionals will tap into motivations to help people connect their resources to what matters most to them - their core values, purspose, and life goals.
We will provide excellent training and coaching in four levels:
- FAN will train and equip Insurance and Financial Advisors in the principles and absolutes of trust building, relationship management, and the financial life planning process.
- FAN will assist Financial Planners in engaging, training, and coaching allied professionals who are part of their local alliance
- FAN will equip allied professionals to train and coach other team members who work directly with clients
- All FAN training will utilize "The Blueprint for Financial Success" as a tool for coaching clients to help them make their money count
Alliance agreement.
(This agreement can be adapted by the leader and members of a local alliance. This sample Alliance Agreement, though, contains the essential elements of the working relationship of a local alliance.)
As Financial Planners and allied professionals in financial services, our alliance is designed to accomplish two primary objectives:
- To provide the best services to help our clients connect their resources with what matters most to them: their values, goals, and dreams, and
- To build our businesses through referrals among alliance members. Read More...
To accomplish these objectives, we commit ourselves to these values:
- We will respect the financial professional who has the primary relationship with each client, that is, the professional who takes the client through the Blueprint for Financial Success or a similar discovery tool.
- Every member of the alliance will receive initial training to learn to uncover and honor what matters most to clients: their dreams, desires, and goals. Read More...
- Alliance members will refer clients to each other when possible, and refer outside the alliance only when alliance members don't have the products or services that best fit the client's needs. Read More...
- The alliance will get together regularly at a time and place that is convenient to the group for encouragement, information, taking advantage of members' marketing efforts, feedback, and problem solving.
- Alliance members will resolve any problems among alliance members with direct communication between members, and if necessary, by involving the leader of the alliance to find a solution.
- The alliance may choose to add new members who have proven to be trustworthy and competent. Each new member will be trained to help clients connect their money with their dreams.
