FAN's Coach Training is custom-designed to provide insurance and financial advisors with knowledge, understanding, and application of the principles and absolutes related to trust building, relationship management, and the financial life planning process. The course will familiarize financial professionals with a holistic approach to providing insurance and financial services based on the clients’ core values, purpose, and life goals. The course is designed to be interactive and fun. Advisors with moderate experience can expect to increase their ability in the following 5 core coaching skills (ELITE):
- Examine what you think, feel, and do as a Financial Advisor;
- Listen to learn what matters most for clients personally and financially;
- Inquire to clarify your clients’ core values, purpose, and life goals;
- Test for truth to build trust and authenticity; and
- Endorse to enroll, energize, and encourage clients to move forward with implementation of their financial life plan.
Who Should Attend?
Licensed Insurance and Financial Advisors with a minimum of two years experience, FPA members, and advisors who have attended either the Values-Based Sales Academy or FPA Residency Program will find our Coach-Training engaging and compelling.
